Share the gift of education
A note to alumni and friends from Director of
Development Kim Holapa:
During these challenging economic times, we recognize
that many of you face tough choices regarding your
philanthropy. Please remember that gifts of any size
help us meet the needs of our students and communities.
Gifts to the Dean’s Excellence Fund, for example,
help support faculty research, student
initiatives, and college-wide needs. We
appreciate that so many of you keep WSU and the College
of Education among your top giving priorities! If
you would like to learn more about how you can help,
don’t hesitate to contact the development team at
509-335-7843. Thank
you!
You can support the College of Education programs with
an online donation or by
writing a check to the WSU Foundation, noting the
program you wish to support on the memo line, and
sending the check to: College of Education Development
Office, PO Box 642114, Pullman WA 99164-2114.
Here are some other ways to support to the college and WSU:
- Alumni and friends have established endowed scholarship funds that provide approximately $150,000 in annual support to College of Education students. For information about creating endowed scholarships, contact Kim Holapa.
- Research funding. Through awards and fellowships for our faculty, donors can help foster new knowledge and make a real difference for the WSU College of Education and the many people it serves.
- Gift Planning. Maximize your support and receive significant tax and financial benefits through a planned gift.
- Annual Giving. Cougar license plates, Call-A-Coug, and Parents Program are some of the opportunities for annual support.
- President's Associates. Become a PA to provide annual support and to actively participate in the university community.
